Con estos cinco datos casi siempre basta para reproducirlo: These five things are usually enough to reproduce it:

  • Qué herramientaWhich tool — el nombre tal y como aparece en el popup.its name as it appears in the popup.
  • DóndeWhere — tipo de pantalla de NetSuite (registro, búsqueda, File Cabinet…) y si era vista o edición.the kind of NetSuite screen (record, search, File Cabinet…) and whether you were viewing or editing.
  • Qué esperabas y qué pasóExpected vs. actual — en una frase cada cosa.one sentence each.
  • VersiónVersion — la que sale arriba en el popup (hoy, la 6.0.0).the one shown at the top of the popup (currently 6.0.0).
  • CapturaScreenshot — si se ve algo raro, una imagen ahorra media conversación.if something looks off, an image saves half the conversation.

Si el fallo deja algo en la consola del navegador (F12 → Console), pega también las líneas que empiecen por NSFT:. If the failure logs anything in the browser console (F12 → Console), paste the lines starting with NSFT: as well.

No hace falta que envíes datos de tu cuenta. Nunca pido credenciales, ni capturas con información de clientes: si algo es sensible, tápalo antes. No account data is needed. I never ask for credentials or for screenshots with customer information: if something is sensitive, blur it first.

Antes de escribirBefore you write

  • Mira las preguntas frecuentes: instalación, entornos, la IA y el precio están ahí. Check the FAQ: install, environments, the AI and pricing are covered there.
  • Prueba a desactivar la herramienta concreta desde el popup. Si el problema desaparece, ya sabemos por dónde va. Try switching that one tool off from the popup. If the problem goes away, we already know where to look.
  • Si tienes otras extensiones para NetSuite, desactívalas un momento: a veces se pisan entre ellas. If you have other NetSuite extensions, disable them for a moment: sometimes they step on each other.
  • Comprueba que estás en la última versión desde chrome://extensions. Check you're on the latest version from chrome://extensions.
